七日鑑賞期

  1. 商品核對與檢查:為保障您的權益,所有商品在出貨前皆有全程錄影存證。請您於收到商品後務必立即核對商品數量並檢查品質。如發現任何問題,請在收到商品後24小時內與我們聯繫。

  2. 鑑賞期定義:根據《消費者保護法》,網路購物享有七日鑑賞期,您有權在七日內(包括假日)進行退換貨,但商品必須為全新、未使用且保持原包裝完整的狀態。請注意,鑑賞期非試用期,商品僅供檢查而非實際使用。

  3. 退換貨條件:在以下情況下,本公司將不接受退換貨:

    • 商品的標籤被剪除或毀損(無論是因個人原因或其他因素)。
    • 商品已明顯使用過或顯示磨損跡象。
    • 商品包裝或贈品不完整(例如:附贈的珠寶盒、售後服務卡等)。
  4. 客製化商品:除非商品有非人為的瑕疵或損壞,所有客製化商品(如根據個人尺寸或需求訂製的產品)恕不接受退換貨。若商品出現非人為的瑕疵,我們將提供免費維修或更換。

  5. 退換貨流程:如需退換貨,請務必於收到商品後七日內提出申請,逾期將無法受理。申請退換貨時,請確保商品保持原始狀態及完整包裝。

  6. 手鐲與戒指的尺寸確認:對於有尺寸差異的手鐲與戒指商品,我們的客服專員將在出貨前與您聯繫確認尺寸。如未能聯繫上您,則將依現貨中間尺寸發貨。發貨後若尺寸不合,可申請更換。

  7. 實體門市取貨限制:若您選擇在實體門市取貨,該訂單將不適用於網路購物之七天鑑賞期。

瑕疵退換貨

  1. 法律依據:根據《消費者保護法》,您有權在商品到貨後七天內(包括假日)因商品瑕疵、缺件或錯誤配送等問題提出退換貨申請。此權益僅適用於商品未經使用且保持原包裝的情況。

  3. 不可接受的退貨理由:以下情況將不被視為瑕疵或缺陷,因此不接受退貨:

    • 純銀耳針微彎:屬於正常現象,純銀質地柔軟,可自行輕輕調整。
    • 手鍊彈性絲線露出:此屬於可簡易修復的現象,您只需將線頭輕輕拉回珠子內。
    • 色差問題:商品圖片為實品拍攝,可能因螢幕解析度或光線問題導致顏色差異,請以實品為準。
    • 天然礦石特徵天然寶石、水晶可能會有冰裂、雲霧、礦缺、晶體缺陷或石紋,這些皆為天然物料的正常特徵,並非瑕疵。參考[ FAQ ]
  4. 特殊規定:對於耳環改耳夾商品,除非有重大瑕疵,否則恕不接受退換貨申請。

  5. 退款流程:退貨申請一般需要兩周的工作日完成,包括退貨資訊確認、商品驗收及退款處理。請確保在申請退貨時提供正確的銀行帳號,如因提供錯誤帳號導致退款失敗,該風險由客戶自行承擔。

  6. 最終解釋權:本公司保留對退換貨政策的最終解釋權。

聲明與提醒

  • 天然礦石特徵:所有天然礦石、水晶皆為自然生成,表面或內部可能具有天然裂紋、雲霧等特徵,這些屬於天然物料的正常現象,無法視為瑕疵或缺陷。
  • 科技水晶說明:科技水晶(養晶)與天然水晶的成分相同,僅結晶過程不同,這些皆為真正的水晶產品。

保障雙方權益:建議您在拆封商品時進行全程錄影,若有任何問題,可作為證據以保障您的權益。

Return, Exchange, and Review Period


7-Day Review Period

  1. Product Inspection: We record the entire process before shipping each product to protect your rights. Upon receiving your order, please carefully check the product quantity and quality. If there are any issues, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Definition of Review Period: In compliance with consumer protection laws, online purchases come with a 7-day review period. You may return or exchange the product during this period, provided it remains unused, in brand-new condition, and with original packaging. Please note that the review period is not a trial period, meaning the product should only be inspected and not used for any extended period.

  3. Return/Exchange Conditions: We will not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

    • The product's tags have been cut or damaged (whether due to personal reasons or otherwise).
    • The product shows signs of wear or has been visibly used.
    • The product’s original packaging or any accompanying accessories (such as promotional items, jewelry boxes, etc.) is incomplete.
  4. Customized Products: All customized products (such as items made to your specific measurements) are non-refundable unless they have non-human defects or damage. We will provide free repair or replacement services if any such defects occur.

  5. Return/Exchange Process: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please submit your request within seven days of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. When submitting your return, ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.

  6. Size Confirmation for Bracelets and Rings: Our customer service team will reach out before shipping to confirm the size of your products, like bracelets and rings with size variations. If we are unable to reach you, we will ship the product in a standard medium size. If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange.

  7. In-store Pickup Limitation: Orders picked up at a physical store do not qualify for the 7-day review period that applies to online purchases.


Return and Exchange Due to Defects

  1. Legal Rights: Under consumer protection laws, you are entitled to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product (including weekends and holidays) if it has defects, missing parts, or shipping errors. These rights apply only if the unused product retains its original packaging.

  2. Return/Exchange Procedure: If you receive defective or incorrect products due to company error, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a free replacement or repair. When returning items, ensure that the product, accessories, gifts (if applicable), jewelry box, and packaging are in their original condition.

  3. Non-eligible Return Reasons: The following issues are not considered defects and, therefore, are not eligible for returns:

    • Slightly bent silver earring posts: Due to the softness of sterling silver, this is a common occurrence and can be easily straightened by hand.
    • Elastic thread on bracelets: Gently pull it back into the beads if the elastic thread becomes visible.
    • Color variation: All products are photographed to represent their true appearance; slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen resolution. The actual product color may vary slightly from the photos.
    • Natural stones: Gemstones and crystals are naturally formed and may contain internal patterns, clouds, mineral defects, or cracks. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects. Refer [ FAQ ]
  4. Special ConsiderationsWe only accept returns for significant defects for earrings that have been modified to clip-ons.

  5. Refund Process: The return process typically takes two business weeks from the time we receive the returned product to the time the refund is processed. Please ensure that the correct banking details are provided during the refund application. Incorrect bank details may result in delayed or incomplete refunds, for which the customer assumes responsibility.

  6. Final Interpretation: We reserve the right to make the final interpretation regarding our return and exchange policies.


Important Notices

  • Natural Stone Characteristics: All gemstones and crystals are natural, and they may feature internal or surface imperfections such as cracks or unique stone patterns. These are considered natural characteristics, not defects.
  • Lab-grown Crystals: Lab-grown crystals are made from the same material as natural crystals, with the difference lying only in their crystallization process.

To Protect Both Parties’ Rights, we highly recommend recording the unboxing process when you receive your products. This helps ensure your rights and ours are protected in case of any disputes.
