We will provide free repair or replacement services if any such defects occur. Return/Exchange Process: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please submit your request within seven days of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. When submitting your return, ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Size Confirmation for Bracelets and Rings: Our customer service team will reach out before shipping to confirm the size of your products, like bracelets and rings with size variations. If we are unable to reach you, we will ship the product in a standard medium size. If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange. Non-eligible Return Reasons: The following issues are not considered defects and, therefore, are not eligible for returns: - Slightly bent silver earring posts: Due to the softness of sterling silver, this is a common occurrence and can be easily straightened by hand.
- Elastic thread on bracelets: Gently pull it back into the beads if the elastic thread becomes visible.
- Color variation: All products are photographed to represent their true appearance; slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen resolution. The actual product color may vary slightly from the photos.
- Natural stones: Gemstones and crystals are naturally formed and may contain internal patterns, clouds, mineral defects, or cracks. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects. Refer [ FAQ ]
Special Considerations: We only accept returns for significant defects for earrings that have been modified to clip-ons. Refund Process: The return process typically takes two business weeks from the time we receive the returned product to the time the refund is processed. Please ensure that the correct banking details are provided during the refund application. Incorrect bank details may result in delayed or incomplete refunds, for which the customer assumes responsibility. Final Interpretation: We reserve the right to make the final interpretation regarding our return and exchange policies.
